This innovative class leaves you feeling uplifted, energized, and a little bit sweaty! We begin by grounding with intention, a little stretchy yoga, and a warm-up. Once our bodies are ready to rock, we dance choreography intertwined with the week’s theme. After our joyful boogie session, we bring it back to the breath for a yoga-ish cooldown. Classes are playful and lighthearted while we sweat it out on the dance floor. No dance experience is necessary. Every body is welcome to ground and get down!!

We bring yoga and mindfulness to you in an approachable style making it available to every body. Through vinyasa flow, we connect our movement to our breath and root our classes with intention, grounding, and creating energy. We explore alignment to make poses safe and accessible. Through our flow, we are reminded to be in the here and now.

Get ready to find your om and sweat it out. We fuse yoga and fitness to increase strength and flexibility and challenge ourselves as we move outside the box. Modifications are made so that every body feels welcome, safe, and strong. Our aim is for you to feel stronger, bolder, and more comfortable in your own skin.
Yo-Ga to Keep Moving

Where: In your senior center, local gym, or assisted living establishment
Duration: 45-60 minutes
It’s so important to keep our minds and bodies agile and sharp. Join us as we stretch and strengthen through our flow. Modifications and props can be used as you listen to your body and quiet your mind.
